- We count the stored backup data after compression and deduplication, not the size of your Microsoft 365 environment.
- Storage is pooled across your organisation: a heavy mailbox and a light one balance each other out.
- You are notified at 80% of the included storage. Above the pool, additional storage costs € 10 per 100 GB per month, invoiced in arrears.
- Shared mailboxes and departed employees do not count as users; their data does count towards storage.
